Yurideks

Voice AI for lawyers: the lawyer talks, Yurideks writes the document
Open jobs0In the news3yurideks.uz
Yurideks is the operating system for law firms. A lawyer just talks to the client, and Yurideks transcribes the conversation in Uzbek, drafts the document, tracks court deadlines, and reminds clients about payments, all in one workspace connected to Telegram. Plans are up to $100 per lawyer per month.

The problem

A lawyer's practice is scattered across Telegram, Word, notebooks and memory: time goes to paperwork and deadlines get missed.
  • Practices run across Telegram chats, Word files, notebooks and memory
  • Hours go to typing up consultations and drafting routine documents
  • Court deadlines get missed and billing is chased by hand
  • Global tools don't understand spoken Uzbek or local law

The solution

The lawyer talks to the client; Yurideks turns the conversation into text and the text into a finished document, with clients, deadlines and payments in one workspace.
  • Voice AI - Records the conversation in Uzbek, transcribes it and translates it into 3 languages
  • Automatic documents - PDF/DOC documents from the consultation in moments
  • Smart workspace - Telegram integration, client base, payment reminders and court-deadline alerts

Founders

Zilolakhon Yoldosheva
Founder at Yurideks

A founder who learned to code on her father's phone and at 15 became the youngest employee in Beeline's history. At 16 she was admitted to New York University on a scholarship, without any agency's help; winner of 5 hackathons in the Republic. Yurideks itself was born in a competition: the LegalTech project was built from scratch in 3 nights at AI Girls Bootcamp and took 1st place.

Professional experience

Beeline - Project Management track, at 15

Hired as the youngest employee in the company's history - although she was under the formal age requirement, the company wanted to work with her because of the results she had shown.

SATashkent - Head of IT Operations

Built the IT department from scratch at Central Asia's largest college prep company: managed a 20+ person team for 2 years, grew a platform built from scratch to 20,000+ users, and built fully automated systems on ClickUp, Telegram and Google Apps Script. Over her career she has sat as the interviewer in more than 2,000 face-to-face interviews.

Numeo (Akmal Paiziev's company) - Project Manager, current

In total: 2 years in programming, over 3 years of experience in project management.

  • ICT4Girls (an Uzbekistan-Switzerland partnership) - at 15, 1st place among 1,000+ girls with an EdTech project and a 50M prize
  • Tumaris.Tech - participated as the youngest startup founder from Uzbekistan

Why this team

The idea has its roots in a personal story: a friend of hers was subjected to abuse by her university lecturer and was left helpless, knowing neither where to turn nor what her rights were. The solution is built on practice, not guesswork - the team interviewed more than 30 lawyers and developed the product together with them.

The three areas legaltech requires are fully covered within the team:

  • Law - Diyorbek Turanov: graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan in "Jurisprudence: business law" with an honours diploma (100 points, GPA 5.0), author of 20+ academic articles, participant in more than 30 international projects with UNODC, the European Union and UNDP
  • Engineering - Komronbek Boymuhammedov: Fullstack Software Engineer at Yandex, previously at Uzum; Diyorbek Umaraliyev - AI Engineer (New Uzbekistan University, AI & Robotics)
  • Advisor - Behzod Ikramov, former CEO of PDP Academy

Co-founder Durdona Omonova - FLEX programme alumna; although admitted to the University of Birmingham, Glasgow and the University of Georgia, she made a deliberate choice to stay in Uzbekistan. The two founders met at AI Girls Bootcamp and built the project from scratch in 3 nights, taking 1st place.

Behind the team is a community of more than 200 lawyers and advocates - both expertise that vets the product from the inside and a ready distribution channel. They have been working on the project for 8 months (the last 2 full time); they have received offers from Pizza Pitch, SG Women's, Aloqa Venture and Yoshlar Venture.
