The rules for using the site and the programme.

General
These terms cover uzcombinator.uz and my.uzcombinator.uz. By using the site you agree to them.
The site belongs to UzCombinator, Alisher Navoiy 11A, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact: info@uzcombinator.uz.
Applying
Applying is free and open to any team. Applying is not acceptance.
What you write in the application must be true. A knowingly false answer means the application is rejected, and it counts against later ones.
The admissions decision is ours, we are not obliged to explain it, and it is final.
What you write in the application is treated as confidential. Only the team assessing it sees it; it is not shown to a mentor, an investor or another startup without the founder's written consent, and it is not published outside the team.
If you are accepted
The terms of the programme — its length, the stipend, the equity and what each side commits to — are set in an agreement signed with each startup individually. This page does not replace that agreement.
Accepted startups appear by name and mark on the site, in the directory and in Demo Day material.
Accounts
Founder, investor, mentor and coach accounts are issued by us. Your login is personal — do not pass it on.
Every account has an expiry and we can end it at any time: when a batch closes, for instance, or if these terms are broken.
If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at info@uzcombinator.uz straight away.
Our content
The text, images, marks and design on this site belong to UzCombinator. You may not copy them and present them as your own.
We are not responsible for other sites reached through links in news or interviews.
The “Backed by UzCombinator” badge
Startups that went through the programme may use the badge on their own site. The code links to uzcombinator.uz and that link must not be changed.
The badge states a real connection to the programme. If you did not go through it, you may not use it.
Do not alter the badge's colour, shape or wording.
What you may not do
- attempt to break, overload or work around the security of the site
- harvest data in bulk with automated tools
- act in the name of another person or organisation
Warranties
The site is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee it will be available without interruption, or that every figure on it is current.
What the site says is a description of the programme. It is not legal or investment advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If there is a dispute we will try to settle it in conversation first; failing that, the courts of Uzbekistan decide.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site means accepting the new terms.
