The problem

The founder's own learning centre lost a large share of its students in a year - the reason was a lack of results: however well they were taught, no progress could be seen. IELTS mock tests existed only in Urgench, 50 km away; for the national certificate there were no mock samples at all, and the ones that existed sat on old websites, were generated by AI and made no sense.

A founder who opened the "Grow Academy" learning centre at sixteen and taught more than 500 students. Published her first book at ten; her books have sold more than 10,000 copies. GrowMock is a product born not from market analysis but from a specific problem she experienced at her own learning centre.

More than 500 students studied at the learning centre she opened at 16. The centre worked in partnership with Kimyo International University, Urgench State University and the Karakalpakstan military lyceum.

In marketing, she worked with Davronbek Turdiyev's team (on sales of the "Super miya" course) and with international teams.

Why this project

In the founder's own words: "It may sound funny, but I have been running a learning centre for 3 years and published a book at 10 - I understand what the problems in education are. I am inside the field."

The problem was experienced first-hand: within a year her own learning centre lost students sharply for lack of results - the nearest IELTS mock tests were held in Urgench, 50 km away, and for the national certificate there were no quality mock samples at all. Rather than wait for a solution, she built one herself.

Technical execution is clearly divided in the team: Asadbek Qulboyev - developer, previously 4 years at an IT company; Jumaniyozova Nilufar - technical specialist, 4 years in the technical field, previously at private schools. The team has been together for 5 months, the last 2 full-time. The product principle is also clear: tests are written by qualified teachers, not AI - AI fully automates test-taking, checking and the Speaking and Writing assessment.
