Founders
An engineer who knows high-load telecom systems from the inside: now CTO of a confidential product at OCTO Group; previously Senior Software Engineer at Beeline (VEON Group), where he built from scratch the SMSC gateway and SMS platform that the operator's SMS traffic runs through, and took part in GSMA's global Open Gateway project in 2024. Over 6 years of engineering experience in total (Python, Go). Tracepo is a product born not from market analysis but from the pain felt in keeping exactly these systems running every day.

Unitel is the Uzbekistan operator of the international telecom group VEON (under the Beeline brand). There he built a high-load SMSC gateway and SMS platform from scratch. The SMSC is the core system that all of an operator's SMS traffic passes through: building such a system means dealing face to face with load, uptime and observability every day. He has seen what happens when monitoring falls short not in theory but in his own systems - that is where the Tracepo idea has its roots.
In 2024 he took part in the GSMA Open Gateway project. GSMA is the association that unites the world's mobile operators, and Open Gateway is a global initiative bringing operator networks to unified open API standards - meaning his experience is not limited to local scale.
He has also taught Python Programming, Database Administration and SDLC at PDP University (a private IT university in Tashkent).
Technical role
As one of the team's three engineers he writes code himself - Senior Python Full-Stack Engineer. The startup's legal matters are also his responsibility.
Why this team
In the founder's own words: "We did not manufacture this problem, we know it from the inside."
All three founders met as colleagues at Unitel (VEON Group) and have known each other for 4 years. Three areas are fully covered:
- Obid Juraev - Senior Python Full-Stack Engineer, plus legal matters
- Sobit Amirov - over 6 years of DevOps experience (IT-Med, Beelab, OQ, Unitel, BuildX), infrastructure and deployment, plus sales strategy
- Nurali O'ktamov - nearly 7 years of experience (Udevs, Jafton, Zigmund Online, Iman Invest, VEON Adtech), backend (Golang)
In other words, the Tracepo team is also its own product's first target user: engineers who keep production systems running built exactly the tool they needed themselves.
They built it over 11 months alongside their main jobs and arrived with a working product, not an idea: 5 active customers are monitoring 20+ servers in real time through Tracepo. A legal entity is registered ("BEATAI LABS" MChJ), monthly spend is ~$300 - they reached this stage without outside investment, on their own funds.
