CARLINK
Traction
- Signed up three companies, expanded the sales team, grew demo bookings through website improvements and raised customer satisfaction through dedicated customer development
- Both founders accepted to the Silicon Valley Residency Program 2026 (Alchemist Accelerator, Silkroad Innovation Hub)
- Investment discussions with Yoshlar Ventures (Sep 2026)
- Stripe billing live; 2 sales reps and a UI/UX designer joined (Sep 2026)
The problem
- Every lead is expensive, and margins are thin
- The existing customer base sits unused
- Brokers depend on leads bought from third parties
- Follow-up is manual, so it breaks down
The solution
- Integration - Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch
- Communication - Built in with VoIP and SMS systems
- Analytics - Profit or loss per lead provider and agent
- AI agent - From quote to contract
The company
- Now: auto-transport brokers, who hold the load base
- Later: dealers, individual shippers and carriers
- Per-user subscription: $69, $79 or $89 a month, or $49, $59 or $69 a month on an annual plan
- Base fee: $250
- No charge by load volume
- Direct - MessagePlane, BatsCRM and spreadsheets.
- Indirect - Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, Ship.Cars: loadboards whose price increases opened the opportunity.
Founders
Rustam heads four companies in US auto-transport logistics: co-founder, partner and board member of United Freeway Transportation, Royal Auto Ship and Neptune Auto Transport, and founder of lead-generation firm Car Leads Media.
CARLINK grew out of problems Rustam faced every day in those businesses. The system ran in the founder's own companies first, then went to market; today it earns $5,980 in monthly recurring revenue from 6 paying brokers.
Five years managing US logistics businesses and two years of technical experience on IT projects. As CEO, Rustam still oversees the technical process: code reviews, data security and delivery against deadlines.
A seasoned logistics sales and marketing professional with nearly six years of experience in sales, business development and the logistics industry. He co-founded multiple brokerage companies with Rustam, and the two worked closely as business partners for several years before launching CARLINK.
He completed a specialized MBA program organized by Nordic University. He was also accepted into the Silicon Valley Residency Program 2026, organized by Alchemist Accelerator and Silkroad Innovation Hub.
He is based in the United States, where he leads sales and business development for CARLINK.
