Sunghyun Hwang has worked in HR and organisational development on a global scale for more than 33 years.
He held senior leadership positions for many years at Google, Yahoo, Kakao Corp and similar large international companies.
He currently teaches as a professor at Gachon University (Gachon Cocone School) and also consults for various companies.
Over the years he has gained vast experience developing teams and leaders at the world's leading technology companies.
