TimePay
Attendance, tasks, KPIs and bonuses in one workforce management app
HRtechB2B / B2GTashkent
TimePay is a working-time management platform for companies. Employees clock in and out via Face ID and mobile devices, location is tracked by GPS, and tasks, KPIs and bonuses are managed in the same system: HR, tasks and team oversight in one app. It serves 800 customers in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.

- Profitable: $40,000 monthly revenue against $30,000 costs, with no outside investment
- Annual plans from $500; largest customer pays UZS 25M a year
The problem
Attendance, hours and completed tasks sit on paper or in scattered Excel files. Managers can't see who came when or how well anyone worked, so bonuses are guessed and pay disputes follow.
- Attendance and hours are kept on paper or in scattered Excel files
- Bonuses are calculated approximately
- Disputes over who worked more
- Data is scattered, so decisions rest on guesswork
The solution
Face ID and GPS collect real data and bonuses follow a set formula. Rivals such as Verifix and Clockster cover HR and attendance; TimePay adds tasks, tracking and KPIs in one system.
- Attendance - Clock-in via Face ID and mobile devices
- Location - GPS tracking
- Tasks - Assignment and completion
- KPI and bonus - Bonuses calculated by a set formula
The company
What makes it different
The whole process, not one problem
Competitors work mainly as HR and attendance systems, and they are good at that. TimePay combines HR, attendance, task management, tracking and KPIs, handling the whole process in one place.
Who it's for
- Organisations with more than 10 employees
- Businesses and public-sector organisations (B2B and B2G)
How it makes money
- Annual subscription, starting at $500
- Current coverage: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan

Central Asia market
Companies in Uzbekistan and Central Asia are digitising fast as banking, tax and HR systems move online, and demand for transparency in the labour market is growing. Companies now want decisions based on precise data rather than on trust.
Competitors
- Direct - Verifix, Clockster: strong in HR and attendance, but do not cover task management and KPIs.
- Traditional method - Paper logbooks and scattered Excel files, in practice the most widespread alternative.
