Tracepo
Servers break. Tracepo remembers. AI observability.
DevTools ยท AIB2B SaaSUzbekistan
Tracepo is AI observability for engineering teams. It watches servers and apps, alerts the on-call engineer in Telegram the moment something slows or stops, and remembers every incident: what broke, who fixed it and how. On that memory we're building our own observability LLM to predict failures before they happen. Built by three founders from high-load telecom.

- First paid subscription on 14 Sep 2026; billed in UZS and USD via Paylov, Polar
- Pitched at Yandex Uzbekistan; ~600 target companies mapped
- Bootstrapped (BEATAI LABS LLC); Uzbekistan first, Kazakhstan next
The problem
Every minute an app or payment system is down costs sales and trust. Most teams learn about outages from angry customers, and the lessons get lost in chat, so the same failure comes back. Global tools like Datadog cost too much for the region; free self-hosted stacks take weeks of engineering time.

The solution
One lightweight agent: monitoring, on-call alerts in Telegram and an incident timeline that never forgets. AI suggests the likely cause from past incidents (beta). Self-serve install, no setup project. A white-label version lets cloud providers offer Tracepo to their customers under their own brand.

The company
What makes it different
A white-label channel to cloud providers
Unlike tools such as Datadog, Tracepo is offered white-label to cloud providers, who present it under their own brand: one contract opens access to dozens of end customers.
Who it's for
- Tech companies in Uzbekistan and the CIS in fintech, telecom and e-commerce, typically with 20+ developers
- Cloud providers that want to offer native monitoring to their own customers
How it makes money
- Monthly subscription, priced by the size of the monitored infrastructure (agents or hosts)
- White-label: licences with cloud providers, with usage-based payment

Global tools such as Datadog and New Relic are priced too high for companies in the region, and local cloud providers do not yet have their own monitoring. Security threats are growing too, so companies need to watch performance and security in real time.
Competitors
- Global leaders - Datadog, New Relic, Grafana Cloud, Dynatrace, Elastic: strong, but expensive for the region.
- Hand-built Grafana - A DevOps engineer sets up open-source Grafana by hand: free on paper, a large hidden cost in time, servers and support.
Founders
CTO of a confidential product at OCTO Group. Before that, at Beeline (VEON Group), Obid built from scratch the high-load SMS gateway and platform that the operator's SMS traffic runs through. More than 6 years of engineering in Python and Go.
Contributed to GSMA's Open Gateway initiative in 2024 and taught Python Programming, Database Administration and SDLC at PDP University in Tashkent.
Tracepo grew out of the daily work of keeping those systems running. Built by three founders from high-load telecom.
