The Problem

At the hackathon, the news that a team member's mother had beaten breast cancer, only for the disease to return, left the team deep in thought. It was this very story that inspired them to create technology that helps doctors and detects cancer in time.
A shortage of radiologists and the long time it takes to analyze mammography images was slowing down screening processes. As a result, patients were losing the most critical time — especially in regions with few specialists.
Shokhzoda founded the Mammo AI project to put an end to this problem.
