1 Open the form, scroll down and find Section 9 - "Impact Startup of the Year".
2 In the "Select your first choice" question, pick the Fonus Kids project (it is 2nd in the list).
3 Scroll to the very bottom of the form and press "Submit" / "Отправить".
Note: the other sections don't have to be filled in. The main thing - after choosing, don't forget to press Submit!
