Every Friday there is one question: what can you show this week? Not a plan, not a deck — something that works. This post is about the logic behind that question.
Why Friday
The biggest risk in a startup's first months is being busy without doing anything. Meetings, documents, choosing a logo. A result that has to be shown on Friday cuts through that noise.

We break it into three rules:
- A result is something a customer can see
- One goal a week, not two
- If you cannot show it, the week did not happen
If there is nothing to show on Friday, the week did not happen.
What it looks like in practice
| Week | Goal | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | One sentence | Who it is for, what, why you |
| 2 | First version | Something a person can hold |
| 3 | With customers | Ten conversations |
