45 days is not a course. Every week has a goal, and on Friday it is shown. Here are the six weeks, one by one.

The six weeks
| Week | Name | Shown on Friday |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What you are building | One sentence: for whom, what, why you |
| 2 | First version | Something a person can hold |
| 3 | Face to face with customers | Ten conversations |
| 4 | Growth | The first paying customers |
| 5 | The company | Equity, documents, accounts |
| 6 | The stage | A three-minute story |
Inside a week
- Monday — the number, with the tracker
- Wednesday — one hour with a mentor
- Friday — the result, in front of the whole cohort
One goal a week. If there is nothing to show on Friday, the week did not happen.
What you get in that time
- A $1,000 stipend — 45 days of thinking about the product, not money
- A mentor every week — one to one with someone who built a company
- Demo Day — investors in the hall who write cheques
- A community — 56 startups that stay in your phone after the programme

The programme days are in Tashkent. There is no remote track — being in one room is part of the programme.
